Shipping to the United States

We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. All orders to the United States are shipped as international deliveries.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method and order value. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local courier handling.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties, customs fees and/or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are determined by U.S. customs authorities.

Any additional costs charged by customs or the courier are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Taxes & Obligations

MYPZ cannot be held responsible for any additional costs, customs fees and taxes that apply in your country. This responsibility lies with the customer.
If you have any questions regarding these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office or courier for more information.

If a shipment is returned due to refusal or non-payment of customs duties or taxes, the original shipping costs and any return shipping costs charged to MYPZ will be deducted from the refund.
